conclusion

The conclusion to this booklet should be in the preface, nevertheless I will continue with my story.

I started the outline to this book listing the five lessons and ten rules more than fifteen years ago. Several years ago I embarked on a new adventure on my journey through life.

Then disaster struck. I found myself in a never ending loop, no matter how hard I tried, good or bad the result was negative.
I ended up being frustrated and blaming everyone for my predicament.
I was sure that everyone played a part in my situation, until one day I looked in a mirror and saw one face that I neglected to blame, me.

I took out the framework of my book A Healthy Attitude to a Happy Life and realized that I had strayed from the very principles that had led me through my journey of life.

I needed this experience to prompt me to write this book and to share it with you.
Since then I have never looked back.
